Who Is Janie Mehaffey?

Janie Mehaffey is a work in progress. God has, is, and will use a variety of life experiences to write her story.

Here's what He has penned so far . . .

Her family:-Married the incredible Matt Mehaffey on December 31, 2005. He serves as Lead Pastor of The Pursuit Christian Church.
-Has two furry children: Peezer, her cat, and Jeter, her dog.
-Most of her family lives in Louisville, with one sister in Augusta, GA. Matt's family lives in Indiana. They have the best nieces and nephews in the world.

Her home:
-Lives in Miami, Florida.
-She grew up in Louisville, KY, but has also called Bowling Green, Evansville, Columbia, SC, and Indianapolis her home.

Her career:
-Currently she wears two hats: 1) Dir. of Communications for The Pursuit Christian Church; and 2) Account Director for Fishhook, an innovative and creative services company that works with churches and ministry organizations.
-She and Matt served on the staff of Traders Point Christian Church in Indianapolis for 9 years. He as Student Minister; she as Dir. of Communications.

Other life experiences God has used to write her story:
-Grew up at Valley Station Church of Christ.
-She's a proud Hilltopper, receiving her Bachelors in Communications from Western Kentucky University.
-Kappa Delta sorority taught her volumes about people, business and how to strive for the "honorable, beautiful and highest."
