Made it to Round 2!

Thanks to all who voted for me on www.plantingspace.com. Round two will be this week. I'll be submitting my entry later today. Stay tuned!

I Need Your Vote

PlantingSpace.com asked me to enter a blogging tournament with some other church planters. They are giving us a topic, we write a blog entry less than 200 words and the one with the most votes moves on to the next round.

I believe there are 16 contestants from all over the country who are participating. Passion 4 Planting and the Exponential Conference, which the entire Pursuit staff is going to in April, is hosting a NCAA Bracket Challenge for Blogging Pastors.

Guys from all over the country are jumping in so if you are a Church Planter and have a blog feel free to join the group HERE. You'll need a free Yahoo account to sign up.

I am sure the blogosphere will be filled with lame trash talk. Church leaders are among the most competitive people I've come in contact. Yes, that includes me.

I am feeling strong about my Winthrop vs. Western Kentucky finals. Go Big Red! I am looking forward to reproducing a beating on Dave Ferguson!
