Unexpected Gifts!

When our mail came today we received a box from two of our good friends from Indianapolis. The entire Tooley family (Mike, Danielle, Samantha, Cameron & Jackson) was here for the first Sunday of The Pursuit. They sent us a very cool photo album documenting the entire weekend of launch, a coffee cup with the Traders Point Christian Church crew's picture on it, a necklace with The Pursuit logo on it for Janie and a bracelet (pictured) with the logo for me.

I typically don't wear bracelets very often because they remind me of the Friends episode where Joey got Chandler the gaudy "best buds" bracelet of which Chandler describes as a "reject from the Mr. T collection." However, this changes everything. Thank you very much!

Jose and Nicole Lopez also sent us an incredibly generous gift card as a belated anniversary gift. Thank you guys, we miss you. You can read Jose's blog under "MyFriends" on the right side of my page.

Take Me Out to the Ballgame

I can't believe Spring Training is almost here. Catchers and pitchers start in a few weeks. I cannot wait.

My amazing wife (doing her best Rachel Ray in the picture) got us two tickets to watch the Yankees play at Legends Field in March for my birthday. She gets me, what can I say. Can't think of anything I'd rather do than catch a Yankees game with my best friend. Well, watching the Yankees play in the World Series with my best friend would be much better.
