XXXchurch Las Vegas

When Craig Gross, founder of XXXchurch.com was at The Pursuit in April he was telling Eric Metcalf (Small Groups Champion at Community Christian Church in Chicago) and me about his plans of planting a church on the Las Vegas strip. These guys are all about taking the gospel to the edges of society and I for one applaud them for taking this risk.

If you guys look at multi-site, might I suggest South Beach? The Pursuit would definitely be all in on that!

xxxchurch @ The Pursuit

Here's a picture from yesterday's celebration service @ The Pursuit. It was a great day for our 3 month old church. We were able to give a portion of our offering to xxxchurch so they can hand out more Bibles at the Miami Porn Show. I am excited about the generosity The Pursuit is developing. We also had our 2nd largest attendance on Sunday.

Next Sunday, we wrap up the Hooked series. Hope to see you there.

The Herald has a story about XXXCHURCH.com and their booth at the Miami Porn Show. They did give The Pursuit a little pub (they got the day wrong). Craig will be speaking on SUNDAY @ 10:30 a.m. (not Saturday). If you are in the Pembroke Pines/Miramar area or just want to make the drive, you are invited! You do not want to miss this.

Sun-Sentinel Ad

Just 9 days until XXXChuch.com's founder, Craig Gross will be at The Pursuit to help get the word out about the dangers of pornography and the devastation it has on everyone that gets in its path.

This is too important for people to miss.

We put an ad with one of two major newspapers in South Florida, the Sun-Sentinel. After one day of running the ad we had the most traffic come to our website. I am praying God will do whatever it takes to get people there so they can hear about the full and satisfying life that can only come through Jesus.

If you live near Pembroke Pines, Miramar or anywhere within driving distance consider yourself invited!

Hooked - Featuring XXXChurch.com

Pornography is America's dirty, little secret. I have seen marriages and churches ruined because a pastor or husband was hooked by this addiction. Working with High School and Middle School teens for nearly a decade, I can't tell you how many teens I counseled who were engrossed in Internet pornography.

By the age of 11, the average teen has viewed porn. The largest demographic using Internet porn is 12-17 year olds. 48% of Christian homes say pornography is a major problem in their home.

The Church cannot remain silent.

I am excited to announce Craig Gross, founder of XXXChurch.com will be at The Pursuit Christian Church on Sunday, April 20. Craig is known world-wide for bringing awareness to the dangers of pornography and the freedom God wants all of us to have from this addiction.
